No parameter prompts

Hi,

Running CE8, I have about 15 reports currently on a test server, all with various input parameters. - When the acceptance tester runs the reports from the default.csp webpage menu, she's prompted for the input parameters the first time, but not after that (despite closing down all open windows on her PC). In subsequent attempts she needs to click the refresh button on the activeX viewer to get re-prompted for the parameters. - When I run the reports on my PC, I'm prompted for the input parameters each time (which is what I'd want).

Any ideas why one PC seems to be cacheing the report parameters and the other not?

Very odd.

Perhaps they have a different browser which is hiccuping with the Active X.

When you say closing all windows, do you mean that they log out of CE?

What happens if they try a different viewer type?

I had problems if a datetime parameter was the first in the list on CE 8.5 using XP, but they worked on Win2K.
