Hello-

My IT person is out of pocket for a while. When I pull up my Crystal Report viewer this message pops up for all reports.

There are no Page Servers connected to the Cache Server or all of the connected Page Servers are disabled.

Does anyone know how I might fix this problem?

Jamie

Do you know the version of th product you're running?

Is it Seagate Info, or CE?

Try going into the NT Services on the SI/CE server and make sure that all of the Seagate/Crystal services are running.
