no page headers when exporting to Excel in CE10

I have posted this thread in the Crystal Reports section, and the solution was to untick the simplify page headers check-box.
Crystal Enterprise does not show any of these options when you export, so how can I make the page headers export?

any ideas?

It appears there is a recent hotfix for some Excel concerns in CE 10, check out:
