Hello, all! I am using a Full-PRI (No data overlays) on an Avaya I.P. Office 500 V-2 with release 8.1 (67) software.
My problem is when calling from the facility to a A.T. & T cellular telephone we get "Private" vs. the telephone number.
Before responding think about this for a minute. This problem is with A.T. & T. Cellular only, we have called Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost, Verizon, and various others all with great success and NO failures. I have contacted A.T. & T. without out success, I was referred back to my LEC.
Any help will be considered and thanks in advance.
