No outgoing Voice

Callpilot 2.01 After thunderstorm the attendant menu's don't play 3 out of 4 connections. All channels (STI & DSP)show normal idle or active when the call comes in and the menu choices work just 3 out of 4 calls you don't hear anything just dead air. If you press any of the menu keys you will be routed appropriately or after no response it will finally route to the operator.

Looking for Idea's on where to start?

Shutdown the server. Reseat the MGate card or Reseat the 201i. Restart the server. If that doesnt work, run config wizard to reflash the DSPs. If that doesnt work,. start swapping hardware.

Thanks for the quick response telebub. I restarted first. When that didn't fix it I ran a chkdsk /f on both drive and restarted. This fixed the problem.
