No outgoing calls on SIP trunks 1

Hi All,
I have an issue with making outgoing calls on trunks. We have a 3300 with MBG. Incoming calls works but outgoing calls get a 420 bad extension on the wire shark trace.

Does the extension have a valid CPN substitution assigned ( is it sending the correct calling line ID)


If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

@ Billz66 YEs the extension have a valid CPN substitution assigned. Also the correct CLID is being sent.

The problem is resolved:
The flag "Require Reliable Provisional Responses on Outgoing Calls" was set to YES but had to be NO.
