Me again. One last hurdle...hopefully anyway..

I have my BCM working over H323 trunks and get caller ID from the CS1000 when someone calls across the trunks to the BCM, but a call from the BCM to a CS1000 station doesnt send caller ID info. Calls accross the PSTN are showing witheld for caller ID.

Is there a setting on the BCM side I need to activate?

Yes. A few actually.
Configure a business name.
The last character should be a space.
Configure set names.
Configure Private OLI.
Enable send name display for the H323.
Disable Send Name on PRI's if you have any.

OK, I made a little progress. I coudlnt find where to configure the private OLI piece. I am getting the route info + the business name now when I call from the BCM to the CS1000:

8010-3 ADAMS

Belay my last. I found the OLI and now I have caller ID across the VoIP trunks.

ONe more issue that I am not sure there is a solution for. The customer wants the caller ID of the individual BCM sites to go out instead of the caller ID of the central site trunks where the calls are going out of.

IS it possible to have the BCM caller ID info override the outbound caller ID programming of the CS1000.
