No option to specify delay time in Team Call settings

Hi,

Issue is with the delay on team-calls.

When adding team call members you should then be able to specify 0, 5, 10 or 15 seconds delay before those members phones ring. We set it up on a number of users at 5 seconds and then decided to change it. When we went back in it was greyed out and only '0' seconds was available. Some users get the full range available, I only have 0 and 5 seconds, and some just have 0.

I have checked the client and we are all on the same version. Anyone come across this themselves or know of a solution?? Please help!
