I've setup a backup in Brightstor v11 and everything looks good, but when I try to start the backup it gives me the popup that says there is no mounted media available. Under Devices, in the settings there isn't an option to 'Mount' them. What am I missing here?

No option to mount tapes

To mount means that arcserve wants you to load a tape into the drive (with single drives), or that it wants you to put a tape in the magazine slots that meets the backup requirements so that it can load the tape by itself (with tape libraries / autoloaders).
