No operator define on Audix

whe are trying to use the 0 or *0 to transfer from Audix to operator, but the system send us a message "no operator define" what we have to do?

you have to define a operator extention or any other extension in change system-parameters features. this will allow you to use the 0 feature.

If you make this a dummy number and put this number in the listed directory you can give this type of call a different name. For instance "out of audix". The operators will be pleased with this. Also, if programmed in the console options, these calls go to the night destination as well.
