Hi,

We seem to have only 2 sessions and we keep getting times when an user needs to dial in but it says the number of sessions has exceeded the maximum.

So I have to start up Terminal Services Manager and "Reset" one of them, which is a pain.

Is there a way to prevent this happening in the future ?

Regards,
Jay

You are running in admin mode. You can change to application mode and have unlimited connections, but you need to buy licences.

If you want to keep admin mode, then you can also check the RDP or user properties and set the account to logout a diconnected session.
