Since we have gone to a mixed mode Windows 2000 domain, with 2 ADS servers, if we change a users password and the user logs onto a Windows 95 Workstation, they get a "The network is not available" error. After rebooting the workstation, sometimes 2 or 3 times, the user can logon. I would expect that if replication had not ccurrerd yet, which should happen straight away with password changes, they would get a bad password notification.

Any ideas?

The error means that it cant access the DC. The only REAL solution is to get 2K Pro. If you can afford Adv Server you can afford Win2k Pro. I really do recommend getting Win2k Pro or at least NT 4 Workstation.
Win95/98 isn't made for Networks.

Try looking for a service pack/updates for Win95, although I'd be suprised if MS still have them on their site. Steve Hewitt
