Using Mitel 3300IP and SX2000. When a phone is in DND or call forwarded to voicemail the name does not appear when you dial that extension, it will only show the voicemail extension. SX2000 always used showed the name although the 3300 does not. I recently upgraded my Active Voice Repartee voicemail system to IP version and now the SX2000 does not show the name either. So when transferring a call to a user you have to stay on the line until voicemail answers to be sure you got the right person before releasing the call.

I've checked the obvious class of service for the vm ports and the msdn trunk and all have the calling name display turned on.

If the phone is in DND, you should get a slow busy signal.

If the phone is Call Forwarded you should get the display name of the end device (IP ActiveVoice or IP Phone) when it answers.

This is as per design and I would be very hard pressed think it will ever be changed.
