No MSG indicator on M7310 1

Hello, all.
We have a number of Norstar M7310 phones, some on a Compact ICS and others on Modular ICS that occasionally experience the same problem, which is the MSG indicator does not appear when new messages are present.

Any help is appreciated.

What software versions of the CICS/MICS are you talking about.

Also ensure that the extention is programmed in the mailbox.

You could also try a reboot of the KSU and voicemail.



There are only 2 seasons in Canada, Golf and Snowmobile season.
