Some Operators don't log off their machines.They only swith user, and their session still executing.(
Check all operator machines ctrl+alt+sup ---Task Manager---- User if you find more of one session opened disconnect all , let only the session need or restart and the problem will fixed.
The problem in this situation that the server detect you opened more session that the system permit.
restarting the nice service will close the threads on the server, and it takes 5 seconds and does not affect service, and you don't have to do anything on the operators. But you are right education is the answer, request the operators log out of NOW in future,
Ok, so remove all entries in SQL from dbo.Workstation table in nicedb, restart nice service, and try again. If it still fails check you have the settings right on the client PC,
