no message waiting light on 2616

Having a prob. On same day mov'd 2616 and added acd key. Since then have been unable to get message waiting light to work. Have verified phone/light works at diff station. Also, have out'd 2616 and rebuilt and done same to mailbox. Could someone look at config below to see what I'm missing?

Also, interesting side note, when I rebuilt phone, user was able to check messages even though I forgot to add mwk key.

and when I said user getting to mail, was pressing key on phone labled MESSAGE (key 6) and getting in even though forgot to add when I rebuilt phone.

Are any of his extensions on other phones. Are those phones ACD sets as well. If so the message light will not work.

Ran into this myself. User wanted obv function, so changed to SPV set. Well his admin had his extension on her phoneset as well. Since the primary (Key 0) extension was removed from his phone the mail system did not know what phone to send the light message to.

Don't know what the fix would be. We just added a second phone for observe and outed and rebuilt his phone back the way it was.

I THINK YOUR PROBLEM IS THAT YOU SAID YOU ADDED AN ACD KEY, DOES THIS MEAN THAT YOU DID A CHANGE OR DID YOU DELETE THE PHONE AND RECREATE IT.

I had a similar problem. In my case the button was monitering a second phone "B". When I changed the key on phone "A" the MARP moved to phone "B". The message waiting light followed the MARP to "B". Once I got the MARP back to "A" the light worked as it should

In Meridian Mail, change the Lamp key to 6010 (from key 4) and check to make sure Brian's voicemail wasn't changed to a guest account.

that fixed it. Set MWI to 6010 and it works. MM didn't like it that prime dn and mwi dn were not same. Don't know if this is bad practice but I've got a msg light. Thanks to everyone for assist.
