No Message on Nupoint

Have clustered 3300's (4.2). Nupoint r4.1. At the main site have a Mxe, 2 remote sites with cx's. All phones(8320's & 8330's)are registered to Mxe, 2 cx's are secondary controllers. 2 users at remote sites have had issues with message light coming on their sets and when they log into mailbox it says you have a new message and tells them what time message was left but there is no message to hear, just silence, but it gives them options to play again,save, or delete. Everything acts the way it is suppose to except there is no recorded message. I have checked with callers and they said that messages were left when they called. Calls are made to DID'S and from ext to ext. Doesn't happen all the time, maybe 6 times on system that has been installed 3 months. Going Crazy any help would be appreciated.
 
It's a bug and there is a patch for 4.1. You need to contact Mitel Support.
