no message indication

Having problem with msg indication on m7100 set,
set is on a mics 6.0 , startalk 2.0,msg indication just stopped working, yet if you f#65 it, it says msg erased, tried changeing sets, moved to different port, reset flash, unable to reset ksu at time due to heavey traffic, and yes the msg is on in the mbox config.

Have you verified that the EXT is correct for the mailbox?

First of all, the Feature #65 is not a voice mail feature code. Now, if you call the extension, does it ring and then go into voice mail? You need to check that first. Then you can see which way to go with this. It may be a foward no ring issue, or a bad set.

Ext is correct,set is cfna and cfb, and aleady changed set, im aware f#65 is not a flash feature but will still erase the message indication, if a msg is present,if you leave a message on this set there is no indication, but if you use f#65 it says msg erased, it should say no message. thanks for the effort. try again

Check mailbox programming for Notification Y. Someone may have changed it just to make irritate you.
