No Message in VM but appears on LCD Display 2

Hello,
We use Norstar M7310 phones and a call piolet system.
For some reason one of our employees LCD display says there's a message for her but when she logs into her VM there is no new or saved messages. How would I get rid of that MSG on her LCD display of the phone. Many thanks Jerry

there should be a soft key with the word message above it, press it then you can delete the message after it displays on the LCD.

Somebody has inviked Feature 1 (poor mans vmail) to that set.

Press Feature 65 to see who did.
Press Feature #65 to clear it.

he says its a 7310, that same thing can be done with the soft keys correct? I do use the feature #65 on my 7208s and any other phone without soft keys though. Also you have to press hold to delete if you use the feature.
