I have an Octel 100 where if somebody marks a message to have confirmation, it doesn't work. After the message is played back by the receiver, no confirmation is sent back to the sender. I've confirmed that the sender has Message Confirmation enabled on their COS.
Any suggestions on what I am missing here. Or will I need to get Avaya involved since the option is given to the user, but it just won't work.
