Ok I setup a server (Win 2K3) and installed Brightstor ARCserve 11. I set a backup to run daily, it backups up 5 servers. The backups have been running fine, but I just noticed today that at the end of the backup, no merging is taking place. Noticing this I decided to try and run a restore. Well I can't. No matter what backup job I click on it tells me there are no details for this job would I like to merge? If I say yes, its runs the merge, but nothing happens. The backup is backing up 166 G per night, but I can retrieve none of it.
Any ideas? What did I do wrong? I see not setting for merging the jobs, I thought this was an automatic process at the end of the backup? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
