No margins in Illustrator 10

Do you mean print right to the edge of the paper? Not possible for most printers - it's nothing to do with Illustrator. There are some photo quality printers that allow printing right to the edge, but for most printers, you need to print on paper larger than your page size and trim off the excess after printing.
