No mapping between account names and security IDs was done

I have an application that runs a local stored procedure against a remote database. The data is returned to my app, formatted into Excel and then the Excel file is automatically e-mailed to a distribution list. This works fine the first time I execute the app for a given customer site. But, if I select another customer site (after successful completion of first customer site), I receive the error message: "Automation error No mapping between account names and security IDs was done." When I click Debug, it points to the line of code:

Set MailOutLook = outlook.createitem(olMailItem)

MailOutLook is defined as outlook.MailItem

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
