No MAPI in report export

When exporting a Symposium report, normally one gets a choice of options under the "Destination" drop-down. Normally, we have our sales managers choose MAPI so they can send out the report via email. I've got one user who only has Application in the drop down box. I was wondering what controls this option. Was hoping to fix without having to reimage the system.

This is the fat client with all the latest patches (that I'm aware of) on a 5.0 system.
