Hi,

I have already posted this, but nobody responded.

Win2K Server, worked fine with Win98 workstations. Just got 2 new Win2K Pro machines, logs onto the domain, but cannot browse any computers. Can see them, but not browse. I get the following error message:

"There is currently no logon server avaliable to process the logon request"

Please help! I am completely stuck on this one.

Hey what you need to do is go into systems and remove the y2k workstation from the domain by putting them in a work group restart the machine and them renter them into the domain.
I had the same proble,m and it worked.

check your dns settings on w2k pro machines. They should have the ip address of the server as their primary dns address. They need that ip address to find the SRV records on the server...
hope it helps
