We recently started deploying Cisco 9841 phones. The Line Text Label does not appear, just the +1NXXNXXXXXXX number. My co-worker informed me when adding a 2nd line, the label will then appear for all lines. I wonder if there's any other configuration setting that will allow the label to appear with just one line on the phone?
