No light lighting on telephone

We migrated to a new voice mail MX-One 7.71 on Aug 20,2010, our previous voice mail was an Octel. These week some users are telling us that their MWI light is not turning working properly. I've tried turning the light through the TUI,remove from extension manager, put back on. Still the same problem. Any suggestions?

In MX-ONE messaging, now called OneBox, try in the messaging folder for the users mailbox to mark the setting MWI. Also mark the "current MWI" to test the lamp.
Voice 100/200/300 (Otel) is now swapped in many places (at many customers) to OneBox because OCTEL is not supported with MX-ONE PBX.
