i configured a ip phone and i am getting message on the phone no license is available.
how can i findout which license i have?
in my control unit i have 5 things
IP 500V2 6.1(5)
CARRIER/PRIS T1 6.1(5)
COMBO6210/ATM4 6.1(5)
PHONE8 6.1(5)
DIG DCPX30V2 6.1(5)
do i need a VCM base card?
this is what i see in the License
Mobility Features - Valid
Phone Mager Pro(per seat)- Valid
Preferred Edition (Voicemail Pro) - Valid
i have another ipoffice 500 and in there i see Avaya IP endpoints that i dont see in the other unit.
am i missing somehting?
