No LD calls

Working on a Legend that has developed an issue that will not allow LD calls. The way they normally dial LD is press 9 then 1 and then dial the 10 digit # they are trying to call. Then they would hear a tone that would prompt them to enter a 2-digit code and then it would allow the call to go out.

They do not have a T1 or PRI module in this, just an 800 GS/LS and 408 GS/LS for trunks. I noticed in the error log that the day they stated this started there is an error that says "Command Buffer Full". I have been onsite and took a line that is on the 800 GS mod. and plugged it directly into my buttset and was able to call LD no problem.

I think the processor has an issue but want to be sure before I tell them to get another. No programming changes have been made that would affect this either.

The first thing to determine is if this happens on all the lines, and if not are those lines in the different module that is not showing the errors (which point to either the module or processor not talking to the other correctly)
I'd also recheck the programming, especially ARS. Hope this helps
 
Figured out what it was after staring at the ARS tables for a bit. There was a code of 1010432 in the ARS for all of the LD calls. I found out that this is for Qwest LD calling. I spoke to the customer and they didn't know that it was routing this way and swore that they only use Nuvox for their calls, LD or local so I removed that code from the table and lo and behold Ld works now. Now the customer just has to figure out why they were using Qwest as their LD provider. Will be discussing that later this week. If they were using Qwest, then for whatever reason they are denying their LD calls.
