I have some inherited x450e 24 and 48 port switches. Cannot get them to do layer 2 for the life of me. Only one mac in the FDB even though there are 12 ports active and learning is enabled on the ports. iparp, l2stats, and ipstats show nothing. The switch is connected to a Cisco 6506/sup720 with a forwarding card. I don't need the switch to do routing as I'm using Cisco CSS and the 6506 to do that. any bright ideas?

I'm definitely not an engineer but I've copied and submitted your issue to 1 of my engineers as my company is an authorized Extreme vendor. Maybe they can shed some light for you.
