No Labor posting to reports or database

I am running micros 3700 5.4. Recently had some issues restored database from back up. Just noticed no labor showing on dashboard or sales reports but does show in the hour and timecard detail. I ran Select * From Micros.v_r_job_code in SQL. I have all the data show before the new backup was installed but the past couple days the reg_hours & Reg_ttl are all zeros. Any ideas?
