ALL OF THE ABOVE....

I CANNOT VIEW ANY CHAT APPLETS ON ANY WEBSITE, CAN'T LOGON TO YAHOO CHAT AND I GET A MESSAGE THAT SAYS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED DUE TO SECURITY REASONS WHEN I TRY TO LOG ON TO YAHOO IM. CAN STILL USE YAHOO MAIL OK THOUGH...

IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ISP OR MY JAVA???

QUITE CONFUSED......PLEASE HELP!
