Have SV8500 connecting to SV8300 via IP CCIS. SV8500 ITL-12D set can call the SV8300 ITL-6D set. The SV8300 set will ring and when answered there is speech both ways between the SV8500 and SV8300. If the SV8300 set attempts to call the SV8500 set there is silence, no connection ever made and then drops. Have reviewed all programming multiple times and seem to be missing something. Simple connection SV8500 is PC1 and SV8300 is PC2.

Appreciate the feedback. That is exactly how the system is programmed. I verified it all once more. Have removed and programmed the data several times and still have same result. Wold think it was something in the SV8300 since I can call from the SV8500 to the SV8300 and have a good bothwat connection.

Has the 8300 been reset? After setting up IP CCIS for the first time, I believe it requires a reset. You issue sounds like it's reahcing out to the wrong IP address. Is it pointed to LAN 1 or LAN 2 on the 8500?

Was just getting ready to update the information. I double checked again and the SV8300 was being pointed to LAN1 of the SV8500 and not LAN2. Made the change, reset the SV8300 and all is working both ways now.
