No Internet Connection on Local Internal Nic

SBS2003 R2 External NIC has Internet Connections but Internal Nic does not. Cannot connect to router either.
Any suggestions? I have disabled Routing & Remote Access Service but it didn't fix the problem. Cannot ping router on Internal nic. It used to work ok then one day just quit.

Rerun the CEICW ?

Can you post an ipconfig /all, along with the router ip address

The remote problem was solved by rerunning the CEICW and stopping the then disabling the Routing and Remote Access Service. The not being able to ping the router was fixed by running netsh winsock reset and then resetting the Local Area IP settings.
