No Internal number being sent

I have some phones set up in a queue going thru CCM 6.0 for a Spa. My problem is, is that when people call from there rooms( this is a hotel) to book the spa, when the call is answered they only see the name of the person in the room and can not see the extension they are calling from, so the spa personel always have to ask what room number they are calling from. I made some calls from a test set, first call went thru the CDN, when the call is answered they do not see my extension. Second call I dialed the acd queue dn, when the call is answered they see my name and number.The room phones are dialing the CDN, so somehow when the call is going thru the symposium it is loosing the digits..? Any ideas, I checked for patches but came up with nothing.
 
Check the phoneset display and see how it is programmed in CCMA under Configuration.
 
Have you got CPND (calling party name display) set on these extensions? If so take it off else it will display the name in preference to the number.
