No Internal Contacts

On a new install with the latest 9.0.11 software. When a user presses their contacts button, there are no internal extensions listed at all. And I already checked that all users do not have Ex Directory checked.

Sounds bad, maybe you need to get some help.
And if you found help tell him/her all the details about it, now you only report the symptoms and no details at all, not much to go on.
