no installed printers??

I am trying to print reports from Accpac 5.2 on a Win 98 machine. I get an error of "NO PRINTERS INSTALLED" when I go into File\Page Setup menu in Accapc. If I just generate the report and then send it to the printer it will print? How do you setup printers through Accpac?? I never see anything that refers to the printer during the setup unless it is done through the creation on the Database..???? which I didn't do>?? Thanks in advance for any help.
