When I bind the Data Source = Data set and Data member = relationship, the message apperearred ?

What is the mistake ?

Sounds like your code is trying to access the dataset while it's at BOF (begin of file). If both BOF and EOF are true, then there's no rows. Otherwise you can do a MoveFirst to position the row cursor on the first row.
