No incoming packets new 2003 server - am I mad?

Hi guys,

I am scared I am going mad, I have setup a VMware Server 2003 server with bridged networking, setup the IP address and everything yet I cannot recieve any network packets? It is sending though.

Have a I missed something in setup or something like that?

Solved!

The VMware virtual adapter was binding to a management NIC used by the hosting company.
