I have no external mail coming into the server.

Internal mail works fine.
Remote users can download their mail fine.
Outbound mail works fine.

Unfortunately, we have a company called XO managing our router. I asked to have a port opened for another server and now our e-mail server won't receive mail from external sources. There is a spam filter in place (ORFEE) and it doesn't show any mail being blocked. It just shows that nothing is coming in. I have asked them to open ports 25 and 110 and I did an MX record check. MX record check comes up good. I tried the telnet session from my home PC (through Remote Desktop), but can't get it to work.

Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Nevermind. Called the communications company again and this time I got somebody proficient with the router. 25 was NOT open. Duh!
