No Inbound Mail on E2K 1

Having a problem In E2K. I can send email out and internal mail, but I am unable to recieve thru the Internet. MX Records are set, any ideas?

Have you set the Internet Mail Service, Routing, to allow the yourcompany.com domain inbound?
