I just found out that one of my ext numbers does not receive any direct inbound calls. The client can make or receive internal extension calls and even make outbound calls however she does not receive any outside calls. All other extensions are working fine. I have checked restrictive patterns and all seems to be ok.
How can I make this ext to receive outside calls? I use ips2000 and this is an analogue extension. I am able to use MATworx.
