I could use some advice, please!
We have a TDE600 system at one of our remote sites. It utilizes a PRI circuit. It's been fine for 5 years. All of a sudden yesterday, no one can call into the site. They get a "Your call cannot be completed as dialed..." message whenever someone calls any of the DIDs. The smart jack on the wall is fine ... no ALMs. The error logs in the PBX show nothing out of the ordinary. I have taken the PRI card in the PBX out of service a few times, but nothing changed. I also had someone pull the smart card from the smart jack and switch it with a spare. No change... caller still get that recording from the local CLEC (Century Link in Virginia). We get the same message, too, when trying to call a DID while the smart card is removed (no physical connection to the TDE600 wahtsoever).
Oh, outbound calls are fine!
Century Link is say our equipment is "rejecting" inbound calls and closed out trouble ticket. I see no evidence of that. My understanding is that, if a call is properly sent over that PRI by Century Link to our TDE600, and is "rejected" (DID not in the DID table, for example), the call goes to the operator, or busies out, no? So is it my problem ... or Century Link's?
Thanks for any help!
