No images in Email

Question...I have an end user who cannot receive any images embedded in emails. She only receives red x. Our training department sends out updates frequently with animated clip art. I thought maybe it was because she was viewing in rich text format and not HTML, but that seemed to make no difference. I have also checked to make sure that Active X componets are allowed. (since it was animated, of course reaching) I have re-imaged her machine using ghost with our current image version, and still she has difficulties.

Anyone have any ideas?

Reinstall Java.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
