No Idle Timeout for ONE USER (client) only

I need to have the idle timeout enabled for all users except one.

Actually it's not so much a user as it is a SPECIFIC client (desktop client) that I need to sat logged in even if the session becomes "idle".

How can I accomplish this?

There are two ways you can accomplish this...and both of them aren't ideal in any way.

The first one is to set aside one Citrix server and don't apply any connection time out settings.
Publish the application for this one device and have them connect to that application. That way your regular end-users will connect to the original app (with the timeout config) and your one device will connect to this app (without any timeout setting).

The other way is that you can use RDP and have them connect to a specific server that has no RDP connection settings configured. You can do this the same way you configure ICA settings.
Open your "Citrix Connection Configuration" or CCC and instead of doube-clicking the "ICA-TCP" setting...choose the "RDP-TCP" setting.

This will open the configuration for RDP connections ONLY. You can remove the timeouts within here and install the RDP client on that one workstation.

This server can also be left with the same ICA settings as your other Citrix servers...remember, your end-user will be connecting via RDP and not ICA. That means that you can actually leave your regular ICA settings and have all your regular ICA users on this box as well.
