Running GW6. Cannot send or receive HTML. Do not have an HTML toolbar. Have tried most, if not all, suggestions from this forum. All workstations in our office have the same problem. I must be missing something big. Is there something on our GW server that needs setting or something in the GW system that needs setting for HTML to work? (I have set the client default view to html, but when I click on the html button in a new message, it grays out, I can click it no more, but the view is still text).
