No hold recall timer on Nortel phones UCX 50

If a call is placed on hold from a nortel phone it stays there indefinitely. If call is placed on hold via sip phones there is an alert after 20 seconds. I have looked and I don't see any timers.. Is there anyway to set a hold recall timer for the nortel phones????

Not at this time but it something they say they are working on.

I was afraid of that. I'm working on changing out Norstar switch w/ NAM and hold recall timer as well as DRT and transfer timers were mentioned as must haves. Hopefully not deal breakers. Thanks
