No HMC console output????

I have a system that was on an HMC that I didnt have access to (off shoring/subcontracting... grrrr). The system was moved to another HMC that I do have access to. The HMC does see the system. I can interact with it in all ways except one. When I open a console window, other than the window itself, I get no output from the system - which is otherwise running without issue (users logged in, etc.).

I have poked around the HMC and the ASM menu for this particular system and havent found anything to resolve this. Have any of you run in to this type of problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

Have you tried rebooting the HMC?
Can't hurt...

Yep, rebooting was the first thing I did. But I could try it again.
