No help from Norton 1

I know this is probably a dumb problem, but... I have been having some serious issues with Norton 2007, particularly with getting into contact with their customer service. I am extremly dissapointed with their contact information and general service and I simply want my money back.

This is where the issue occurs...I tried their customer service number and got nobody. Not even automated answering computers. Nowhere on their website does it offer any advice to how or where to go in order to get my money back! I understand Norton is simply trying to make a buck or two, but its at the expense of my checkbook as well as my sanity. I have the receipt and proof of purchase emailed to me with my confirmation number.

I want my 40 dollars back. Can you please help? Any help will do..

I know exactly how you feel, AngryDave. I've mentioned this several times on this message board. Do NOT buy Norton Antivirus 2006 or 2007. It crashed my computer and really pissed me off as well. You want to save a buck or two? Use AVG Antivirus and ditch Norton.

I had a hard time getting ahold of the right people as well. I kept getting some idiot from India who didn't know a thing about computers. I used to be a loyal supporter or Symantec, but after their product caused my laptop to crash (luckily, I had a majority of files backed up elsewhere) and their stupid support staff kept giving me the runaround, I no longer buy their products.

Thanks for the support Clintblack. These Norton people are satan worshippers...
I figured out how to get my money back and they are giving it back to me.

Keep up the support and help. Im starting to like this website.
