I know this is probably a dumb problem, but... I have been having some serious issues with Norton 2007, particularly with getting into contact with their customer service. I am extremly dissapointed with their contact information and general service and I simply want my money back.
This is where the issue occurs...I tried their customer service number and got nobody. Not even automated answering computers. Nowhere on their website does it offer any advice to how or where to go in order to get my money back! I understand Norton is simply trying to make a buck or two, but its at the expense of my checkbook as well as my sanity. I have the receipt and proof of purchase emailed to me with my confirmation number.
I want my 40 dollars back. Can you please help? Any help will do..
