Ladies/Gents,
I've scoured Avaya's support site to no avail - I'm hoping that you might be able to help. I've set up a remote 4620SW on my desk that's running from a vers. 3.0 G700/S8300. It has no audio from the handset or the speaker. I use the same set as a remote extension from a G350/S8300 vers 1.03 - and it works flawlessly. My network guru has gone over the IP configs with me and they're fine. What am I missing?
