No Headset/Speaker Audio on 4620SW

Ladies/Gents,

I've scoured Avaya's support site to no avail - I'm hoping that you might be able to help. I've set up a remote 4620SW on my desk that's running from a vers. 3.0 G700/S8300. It has no audio from the handset or the speaker. I use the same set as a remote extension from a G350/S8300 vers 1.03 - and it works flawlessly. My network guru has gone over the IP configs with me and they're fine. What am I missing?
 
... what you're missing is asking your question in the right forum. This is for the Avaya IP Office telephone system.

But the top causes of correct VoIP call setup but then no audio, regardless of which switch used, are NAT and firewall.
